Introducing a stylish and whimsical casual-dining experience to the Galaxy Macau casino mall. The task was to bring a new lifestyle café concept to the mall, where guests would be able to dine in a lounge-like setting and replenish after a day of entertainment. Working closely with their management over several workshop sessions, our team at Constant, where I worked as a Content Strategist at the time, helped develop branding elements, naming, the brand story right through to their launch campaign. There was a host of considerations when working at this scale.
With the unique offering of an afternoon tea menu, it quickly became clear that the underlying story would be that of tea, which has now extended itself into all facets of the brand and dining experience. To keep the tone playful and light, the copy took on a pun-based formatting that linked directly with the culinary offerings.
